Als Risk & Contract Manager binnen de bouwsector bent u verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van risico’s en contractuele verplichtingen over de volledige looptijd van omvangrijke projecten, variërend van utiliteitsbouw tot infrastructuur en industrie. U zorgt voor een optimale beheersing en bewaking van alle juridische en financiële aspecten van het project, vanaf de voorbereidingsfase tot en met de uitvoering.

  • Risicobeheer: Identificeren, analyseren en opvolgen van risico’s in lopende bouwprojecten. U vertaalt risicoanalyses naar concrete beheersmaatregelen en houdt deze up-to-date gedurende het projectverloop.
  • Contractmanagement: Opstellen, analyseren en controleren van contractuele afspraken met opdrachtgevers, partners en leveranciers. U waarborgt een correcte naleving en bewaakt de belangen van de organisatie.
  • Wijzigingen en claims: Coördineren van wijzigingen in projectafspraken en beheren van dossiers met betrekking tot claims, schadegevallen of afwijkingen. U houdt alle relevante documentatie nauwkeurig bij.
  • Ondersteuning bij onderhandelingen: Actieve ondersteuning bij contractonderhandelingen en bij juridische geschillendossiers in samenwerking met juridische collega’s.
  • Samenwerking: Nauw overleg met projectmanagers, de juridische afdeling en financiële diensten om het gewenste projectresultaat te garanderen.

Deze rol vereist een scherp oog voor detail, sterke juridische kennis en een gestructureerde benadering bij het beheren van contracten en risico’s. U opereert binnen multidisciplinaire teams om het succes van complexe bouwprojecten te waarborgen.

Profile description

Wij zoeken kandidaten die kunnen terugvallen op een sterk analytisch vermogen en een gestructureerde werkstijl. Idealiter beschikt u over een masterdiploma in een technische of juridische richting en heeft u een ruime ervaring opgebouwd in contractmanagement, risicobeheer of projectopvolging, bij voorkeur binnen de bouwsector of aanverwante domeinen.

  • Kandidaten die zich thuis voelen in een complexe, veranderlijke omgeving en moeiteloos overzicht houden over meerdere én uiteenlopende belangen.
  • Mensen met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, die stevig in hun schoenen staan in onderhandelingen en in staat zijn om op een diplomatische, doch daadkrachtige manier het contractuele belang van onze organisatie te verdedigen.
  • We hechten veel waarde aan een oplossingsgerichte houding: u denkt mee in mogelijkheden, anticipeert op knelpunten en zoekt actief de samenwerking op met collega’s uit verschillende disciplines.
  • Ervaring met het coördineren van veranderingen, het inschatten van juridische en financiële risico’s, en het behandelen van claims of schadegevallen wordt als essentieel beschouwd.
  • Kandidaten met strategisch inzicht en een sterk gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid passen doorgaans uitstekend binnen ons team.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands spreken en schrijven is een absolute vereiste, gezien de complexiteit en het belang van accurate communicatie in deze rol.
