Your role

  • Contribute to the continued growth and development of the firm

  • Deliver legal support in commercial and contract law
  • Draft and review a wide range of agreements, including sale and purchase agreements, partnership agreements, service contracts, NDAs, general terms and conditions, distribution and franchise agreements, agency agreements, leasing and factoring agreements, maintenance (O&M) and engineering (EPC) contracts, supply and quality agreements, commission structures, and more
  • Represent clients confidently in court

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in Law with 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in commercial and contract law
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
